HR Answers Now
Members of Associated Employers have the benefit of 24/7 access to CCH HR AnswersNow when they need assistance with a human resources question outside of AE’s normal business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
HR AnswersNow provides access to labor laws in all 50 states under the “State Laws” tab. It includes a search engine and index that will allow users to type in the subject and find answers quickly. It also provides access to the latest news and trends in the HR industry under the News and Information tab.
Through HR AnswersNow, AE members also have access to additional assistance:
- JobDescription.com guides you through every step of writing a job description, and even includes interview questions and sample ads for you to advertise your open positions.
- PerformanceReview.com will assist you through every step necessary to write a performance review.
