AE is a non-profit membership association committed to the success of employers and their business. Founded in 1916, AE has proven to be a reliable resource to businesses throughout the region for over ninety years. AE currently serves over 750 companies in all areas of service, manufacturing, finance, medical, professional, retail, and wholesale across Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, and the Dakotas.

The Mission of the association is to provide expert advice, support, information, education, and training in Employee Relations, Management, Human Resources, Research, and Regulatory areas and related matters directed to the promotion and establishment of a positive employer / employee relationship.
