Session 1: Marissa Endter, MBA

Marissa Endter, MBA is a seasoned HR executive with more than 20 years of experience in human resources strategy, organizational transformation, and talent development. As Senior Director of Talent Development at Direct Supply, Marissa leads the design and execution of talent strategies that attract, engage, develop, and retain high-performing professionals in a rapidly growing technology organization.
A recognized thought leader in the future of work, Marissa drives enterprise-wide initiatives including AI-enabled upskilling, next-generation leadership development, and the cultivation of inclusive, performance-focused cultures. Her strategic vision and deep expertise in aligning people-centric solutions with business goals have positioned her as a trusted advisor to executives and a catalyst for meaningful organizational change.
Marissa’s work focuses on integrating artificial intelligence into HR practices in ways that strengthen workforce capability and improve organizational performance. She is passionate about empowering HR professionals to lead with confidence in an AI-augmented workplace.
In addition to her professional leadership, Marissa serves on the Board of Directors for the Urban Ecology Center and on the Advisory Board for the UW-Stout Women in Leadership Program, where she champions community impact and equitable leadership development.
Session 2: Erik Eisenmann

Clients trust Erik’s ability to offer practical, effective advice on the many labor and employment issues that arise in the workplace. He counsels employers of all sizes, from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies, often helping them draft and enforce employment contracts, restrictive covenants and other workplace agreements. He assists clients in the financial services, manufacturing and healthcare industries, among others.
While Erik’s goal is to help his clients stay out of court, his substantial experience before state and federal courts and administrative agencies across the country has prepared him to vigorously defend their interests when litigation is necessary.
Whether it is a workplace safety matter before OSHA, a traditional labor matter resulting in a grievance or unfair labor practice charge, or a sensitive internal investigation involving allegations of fraud or harassment, clients rely on Erik’s proven ability to guide them to positive resolutions.
Erik previously led Husch Blackwell’s Labor & Employment practice group, and now serves as Chair of the firm’s Practice Group Leadership.
Session 3: Chris Krause

Chris Krause brings 25+ years of information technology, consulting, and business expertise to the enterprise content management industry. Before taking this role, Chris built Naviant’s award-winning software support team and led the software implementation team to record growth. Chris’s keen listening skills, sharp troubleshooting, business expertise, and cost-effective solution designs drive bottom-line value for Naviant’s clients. His leadership gives him the ability to create easy-to-manage solution designs that make the complex seem easy while sharing the personal desire for customer success. When not at work, Chris enjoys Wisconsin Badgers sports, boating, and traveling.
Community Involvement: Supports Second Harvest Foodbank, Shelter from the Storm Animal Rescue, and Habitat for Humanity.

Sessions 3 & 4: Tricia Shields

Tricia Shields brings 20+ years of HR and Technology experience and 15+ years within the Content Services industry. Tricia has automated Naviant’s HR department fully over the past 13 years. In the process, she has proven just how impactful automation can be for not only entire organizations but for individual employees. She is also passionate about creating a company culture that fosters growth and engagement, which has been critical in building Naviant’s exceptional team and success. Outside the office, Tricia enjoys spending time with family and traveling. She also golfs- she was on the first Middleton High School women’s golf team in 1998 and is working to regain those skills!

Session 4: Alicia Kiser

Alicia Kiser is a partner and executive vice president of human resources at M3 Insurance. In this role, she contributes to shaping M3’s strategic direction at the highest level. Her visionary leadership, business acumen, and collaborative approach play an integral role in driving M3’s continued success and ensuring it remains a workplace of choice for top talent.
Kiser is a member of the agency’s executive operating committee. She also leads M3’s HR strategy, ensuring M3’s most valuable resource—its people—thrive in an environment that supports growth and innovation.
